Historical Shoes Ideas Gallery >
The Shoes in Northampton Shoe Gallery are a great resource for this subject they have a good app for sale on this topic - see here.
Participants should research this theme online and at Northampton Museum, and if possible at the V & A and Bath Fashion Museum . Make drawings and photographs to bring to the wax workshop for inspiration for the sculpture. Look out online for shoe patterns too, as these could be cut from wax sheets to help form the shoe sculpture.
